Snuck into Greystone today, oh baby.
This room was almost as eerie as the tunnels. I can assume it was used as solitary confinement for violent patients on the ward, because even he window on the door had bars, unlike the others. The bed was also bolted to the floor.
About a block from my house behind a swan pond, there's this abandoned cotton factory.
It's awesome there. Caved in roofs, big rusty machinery. Loong dark rooms with metal looms with cotton fabric still strung around them. Rooms with papers strewn everywhere with random numbers written into tables. Hanging handles that are made to pull, but, being about 60+ years old, isn't best to pull. A lot of it is made of brick. There used to be these two houses filled with insulin and smelled like skunk in the basements. I found the coolest looking antique clock and all these other vintage furniture, like a ye olde timey fridge, all covered in dust/saw dust. (Except, recently, those two homes got demolished D: )
Ah, but what a place. I'd go down there (still do) and explore, do illegal things, and chill.
I say all this because abandoned ANYTHING is awesome. And an abandoned mental hospital looks even bettar :<

(No offense anyone...)
It's mysterious. The rooms seems to hid a lot of lost stories.
